ROBERT E. BROWN (UNITED STATES) v. GREAT BRITAIN

NOTE: R.E. Brown’s Claim Against The Transvaal Government, from Greenwood Weekly Times, September, 19, 1900, which I added to my blog, suggested Mr. R.E. Brown was successful in being awarded a financial settlement in 1897 of his claim against the Transvaal government. This case went to arbitration some years later to be finally decided contrary to that reported by the Greenwood, B.C. newspaper.

The following is the highly interesting judgement as copied from: http://untreaty.un.org/cod/riaa/cases/vol_VI/120-131_Brown.pdf
